CD (Item 560693) Beat (Italy), 1974 — Condition: New Copy

A nice one from Italian soundtrack great Piero Piccioni – his work for the mid 70s film Tutto A Posto E Niente In Ordine – one that travels through a number of modes! There's a bit of jazz funk, more laidback numbers with easygoing horn, strings and piano arrangements and others with more stripped down grit! There's quite a bit of funk to be found throughout, especially in the drums, yet it's a fairly sprawling set that works in a number of the styles – all areas in which Piccioni excels! 28 tracks in all: "Traffic Boom", "La Ragazza Nella Vetrina", "Palazzo Del Ghiaccio", "La Bella Signira", "Adelina", "Tema Citta", "Sante Mariuccia Tango", "Per Le Strade", "Calzer Sul Palchetto" and many more. (Limited to 500 copies.)  © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc.
