An obscure Philly group – with a mix of funky soul and some of the uptempo club grooves of other Philly ensembles from the time. The record was recorded at Sigma Sound Studios – and likely includes many of its famous session players – and the record has a few pretty nice groovers on it. The cut "Call On Me" is a nice smooth stepper, in a mellow pace that we really like – and "ASB Theme" and "The Grizzly" are some good funky club cuts. (Cover has light wear and a tracklist sticker.)  © 1996-2014, Dusty Groove, Inc.
