Latinmusik – Editor's Choice Vol 2Various
CD (Item 597737) Latinmusik (Switzerland), 2011 — Condition: New Copy
Contemporary salsa from around the globe – a really excellent series that brings together tracks we really would have missed otherwise! The music here comes from a surprisingly wide range of sources – artists from the current US scene, but also tracks from a great range of European talents too – who really stand up next to the other groups. Music is great throughout – a real dedication to the kind of classic salsa sounds from the 70s onwards – with heavy percussion, and lots of jazzy instrumentation throughout! Titles include "Tu Loco Y Yo Tranquilo" by Saxomania, "Sin Palabras" by Oriente, "Antonio" by Alex Wilson, "Moroccan Mambo" by Bob Desena, "Nunca Me Podran Tumbar" by Samuray Kuba, "Maria" by Contrabando, and "El Cuarto De Tula" by Dave Santiago & Latin Affair. © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | |||||
