CD (Item 582436) Show Up (Germany), 1970s/Early 80s — Condition: New Copy

The third and best volume yet in the the Dramatic Funk Themes series – featuring tightly spun action funk from great international sound libraries of the mid 70s to early 80s! The first entry featured funky sounds culled from the British Themes International Music Library and Vol 2 reached further to include great stuff from KPM, De Wolfe and other legendary music libraries. This one digs deeper still into the vaults of Music De Wolfe and KPM, plus Golden Ring, Omnimusic, Selected Sound and other sources – funky themes from Germany, France, UK and the US! It's funky all the way, but these thematic instrumentals flex out pretty broadly – from straight up funky drums, organ and guitar instros to suspenseful chase scene-ready rumblers, tense horn blasts, brass and woodwind textured groovers, clever riffs on disco and more! Great stuff from a series we hope will keep coming out with more! Includes "Nowhere To Run", by Leer Paul Leary, "Prototype" by Simon Haseley, "Contact" by Peter Reno, "Solid Funk" by Dave Patterson, "Staying Power" by Keith Mansfield, "Stuck In" by Danny Edwardson, "Disco King" by Barry Stoller, "Police Car" by Dave Richmond, "XY Patrol" by M Schoof/U Buschkotter and more. 20 tracks on the CD version.  © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc.
