Great 80s grooving from Cheri – a record that's much more upbeat than you'd guess from its Murphy's Law title! Everything goes right here – from the catchy grooves, to the sweet keyboards, to the softly soulful vocals on the top – a sound that's not the deepest soul you'll hear from the early 80s, but still pretty darn nice! Most tracks have a sweet 80s bounce – a good dose of boogie in the mix – and Geraldine Hunt had a hand in the recording, and you can definitely hear traces of her own music too.
