The film's a very strange comedy starring Shirley MacLaine, and the soundtrack's pretty wild too! Most tracks are groovy 60s tunes with a mix of easy styles, and the album's also got a few nice vocal numbers that space things out nicely – and overall, the soundtrack's a real mix of styles that really keeps things entertaining! Jack Jones sings "The Way That I Live", The Spectrum sing "Let's Live For Love", Shirley sings the main title theme, and The New Vaudeville Band perform "I Think I'm Beginning To Fall In Love". Instrumental tunes include the Hammond-heavy "Rock Bottom", plus "I'd Rather Lead A Band", "Mr Blossom Goes Bust", "The Way That I Live", and "Mexican Merengue". An obscure 60s spy soundtrack from Lalo Schifrin – done with a style that's a bit different than some of his other work at the time!
