An incredible set of Sunshine Pop gems – all pulled from the glory days of the Warner Brothers hipster years! The set does an amazing job of offering up obscure numbers by bigger names, and great work from obscure names – all pulled together with a real thought of the criss-crossing of songwriters, arrangers, and producers that made the scene so great! There's lots of wonderful post-folk, post-harmony pop on the collection – pulled together with incredible notes that really document the under-discovered genius of the period – a situation that's certainly due to be corrected by the 24 sparkling tunes in the set!
