LP, Vinyl record album

4.90 9

Not as all-out exotic as some of Les' earlier Capitol albums, but still pretty darn great! The theme here is Carribean exotic, and the rhythms have a little bit more of Cuba and Haiti than they do of primitive Borneo. Les handles them nicely, as always, and contributes some wonderful arrangements to the album. Titles include "Deep Night", "Green Eyes", "Sway", "Out Of This World", and "Adios". (Rainbow label pressing. Cover has a partially split top seam. Vinyl plays with a few clicks.)  © 1996-2014, Dusty Groove, Inc.

Capitol, Early 50s. Good+
Reissue of two early 10" Theremin LPs – music by Harry Revel, arrangements by Les Baxter, and theremin by Dr. Samuel Hoffman. Tawny (10 inch LP)
Capitol, Early 50s. Very Good-
