A swing session, but one from the late 50's that has more of an edge to it than you'd expect. The group includes Buster Bailey, J.C. Higgenbottom, Cozy Cole, and Coleman Hawkins, who is in excellent form. Titles include "Algiers Bounce", "I Cover the Waterfront", "I've Got The World On A String", and "Ride, Red, Ride".
