If You Didn't Go/Spitting Teeth
7-inch (Item 613202) Wax Poetics, 2012 — Condition: New Copy
Sweet vocals, spacey keyboards and other lush textures highlight the second single by singer Kendra Morris for Wax Poetics – following up the equally solid "Concrete Waves" single! Wax Poetics has been pretty adventurous with their in-house label, never going the predictable route, unless you consider the high quality packages and artistic merit as predictable! This is fairly sleek, kind of blue-eyed pop-funk-soul, and Kendra's voice is as unique and appealing as can be. "If You Didn't Go" has soaring keyboard atmosphere and "Spitting Teeth" has a nice modern slick funk vibe to it. © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | |||||
