Sugarscoop, 1984. Very Good+
Original pressing of "Boogie Down Bronx", one of the first hip hop tracks about The Bronx, and the early electro classic that Newcleus copied the bassline, drums and vocoder sound from on "Jam On It". The production almost sounds as if this could be a mid 80s Arthur Baker cut. 12-inch, Vinyl record

Molehole, 1997. Very Good+
Chicago's dopest MC's along with NY's much underrated Percee P, and production by His-panik. Two of the best posse tracks we've heard in a long while: EC & Rubberoom "Taste Of Chicago" and Vakill, Percee P and Rhymefest "Keep The Fame". A piece of Chicago hip hop history. 12-inch, Vinyl record

Fondle 'Em, 1997. Very Good+
One of our favorite Fondle 'Em single. Siah, of Siah & Yeshua Da Poed fame, comes with off kilter rhymes, over off kilter beats, that never get too out, like so much "leftfield" independent hip hop. A lot of MCs could learn a good lesson off this single. 12-inch, Vinyl record
