CD (Item 638911) Beat (Italy), 1980 — Condition: New Copy
The cover's got a violent look, but the music here is mostly sweet, in a really groovy way – penned by Fabio Frizzi in a warmer take on some of his horror modes of the time – mixing mellow keyboard numbers with upbeat disco grooves – and occasionally throwing in a touch of the exotic to match the locale! There's almost a cop/crime vibe to the record at points – especially in the way the soundtrack steps between laidback cuts and more upbeat numbers – nicely juxtaposed to give the record a really expansive vibe. CD features 18 tracks from the film, including the vocal title tune. © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | ||||||
