Heavy 60s psych from Open Mind – with big and bright hooks and harmonies as sweet counterpoint to the raw and rocking backdrop. Open Mind steers clear of some of the more studio polished late 60s psych sounds, a time when group's were shooting for more grandly produced sounds, Open Mind keep it in a raw rock realm, but ultimately just as catchy and inviting thanks to to hooks and heavy grooves and much different than the more jazz rock styled sounds group members would pursue separately after disbanding.
