Bobby Darin Winners
LP (Item 557196) Atco, 1964 — Condition: Used
We're the ones who are winners here – digging Bobby Darin at the height of his Atlantic powers – really grooving along in a host of finger-snapping numbers! The set's definitely trying to go for some of that groovy "Mack The Knife" energy – heard to best effect on the first single, "Milord", but also carried forth strongly on a number of other bouncy tunes that show Bobby's great way of mixing jazz vocals with a bit of R&B punch! Titles include "Golden Earrings", "When Day Is Done", "Between The Devil & The Deep Blue Sea", "Anything Goes", "What Can I Say After I Say I'm Sorry", and "They All Laughed". (White label promo. Cover has some tape on the spine, and a bit of pen on back.) © 1996-2013, Dusty Groove, Inc. | |||||
