There are two ways to send the gift certificate.
- Email: The best choice for fast delivery. We can email the gift certificate within 24-36 hours of receiving your payment.
- US Mail: We can send the gift certificate anywhere in the world by US First Class mail for no additional charge.
The details:
- Gift certificates can be redeemed right here on the web site or can be used in our store in Chicago.
- Gift certificates can be used to pay for LPs, CDs, or any other merchandise, and can also be used to pay for shipping.
- Any unused balance will remain on account for the recipient's next order.

Gift Orders:
Ordering gifts from Dusty Groove is easy.
- Just order using the "Add" buttons as usual.

- On the shopping cart, right below the 'Checkout' button, check the box that says, "This is a gift order."
- Then enter the shipping address and payment information as usual.
- We'll even gift wrap it for free if you'd like!
Please Note:
Orders shipped outside the U.S.: An invoice with prices must be included for customs purposes.
Orders shipped within the U.S.: A gift notice without prices is included with the order.
