"Bamba" has a great skittish grooves – contemporary Afro Funk, but a lot more stripped-down – so that the percussion and bass are really taking the lead, and providing a perfect foil for the atmospheric vocals of the tune! This quality really continues on "Walo", which has cool leaping interplay between bass, percussion, and guitar – while "Leumbeul" has a similar vibe, but with more percussion and keyboards dancing around!
