The initials, in case you don't know, stand for Ron Baker, Norman Harris, and Earl Young – three of the best arrangers/producers/players to come out of the Philly soul scene in the 70s. The record is pretty straight Philly disco, with a lot of the club sound that characterized Salsoul albums of the time. Tracks include "Come As You Are", "Handle Me With Love & Care", "Touch Me While I'm Touching You", and "Opus BHY".
